역삼투여과장치 REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM
반투과성의 여과막을 사용하여 염분이나 용존이온성 물질을 분리하는 장치로 농도가 묽은 용해액이 반투막을 통하여 짠물과 해수 같은 용액쪽으로 이동하는데 역삼투압방식은 농도가 진한용액에 압력을 가하여 이온성 고형물질을 분리하여 순수를 얻는 장치이다. 반도체, 전자공업의 초순수제조, 해수의 담수화, 고압보일러, 식품, 제약용의 정제수 및 음료용수, 초순수 제조장치의 전처리용으로 필요한 설비이다.
*** Reverse Osmosis is a membrane process wherein the membrane acts as a molecular filter to remove up to 99% of all dissolved minerals lager than 300 molecuar weight. To purify water using RO membranes the natural process of osmosis,where pure water flows through a membrane to dilute an impure solution,must be reversed. To reverse the process a pump is used to pressurize the feedwatwr flow to the membrane. The membrane allows pure product watwr to flow throught it while rejecting the passage of impurities on the RO membrane a portion of the feedwater,containing the rejected impurities,is flushed to drain continuosly.
